Youngest cuz J is turning 60 but I wanted to make a nice card - should we count that I stamped 60 candles on the envelope? After sponging the edges of the patterned paper & CS, I layered with the card base, then layered the green pattern on top. I stamped the cat (she's now a cat person) with pigment ink on patterned paper, clear embossed & fussy cut. Also stamped it on pixie CS to cut out the heart, sponge ink on it, & adhered to cat. I adhered cat with foam tape to the die cut oval, then to card. I stamped the splotch from stamp set, stamped the sentiment in pigment ink over it and clear embossed, the die cut with circle. It's popped up with foam tape; then I added the sequins.
